Our Personal Care Services
Personal support workers (PSWs) and community health workers (CHWs) assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, toileting, dressing and grooming, mobility, feeding and more. Our skilled and highly trained PSWs are graduates of certified, accredited educational programs that are recognized in Canada.
Clients rely on PSWs to assist them at home in order to feel safe and comfortable while they continue to live in the comfort of their own homes. PSWs enabled them to live their lives with dignity, and maintain some of their independence.
The services that are provided by PSW include:
- Bathing
- Toileting
- Feeding
- Dressing
- Management of medication, and other activities of daily living (ADL).
Nursing
We have a team of highly trained nursing staff with specialized training.
Registered Nurses and Registered Practical Nurses provide care to individuals in various stages of life, assisting them with simple to complex medical needs.
Our team of nurses specialized in assessment of clients’ individual needs.
They are equipped to provide referrals for Rehabilitation or other treatment plan such as
Personalized Assessments, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Dietitian and Social Work.
