JMR Infinity Med Care has developed a contingency plan to work closely with hospitals across the GTA to deliver a highly effective and efficient in home care. This system is developed by a team expert, professional and highly qualified staff. JMR Infinity Med Care is excited to assist patients and family with a step by step care plan when discharged from the hospital the process offers peace of mind, and enables the patient to have a smoother transitions between hospital and home.
JMR Infinity Med Care excellent team work collaboratively with our hospital partners to provide quality care and reduce the risk of patient readmissions, visits to the emergency department. Our excellent nurses deliver top of the line care which plays a vital role in the recovery time, while improving patient outcomes and satisfaction.
